1. About Shopivibe

Shopivibe ("Service") is an AI-powered platform that helps users generate Shopify application code. The Service is operated by Dwellet Oy ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Finland.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service in any way, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. The Service

Shopivibe provides:

• AI-assisted generation of Shopify application code based on user descriptions
• Live preview of generated applications
• Code export and GitHub integration (Pro plan)
• Deployment to Railway hosting (Pro plan)
• Optional managed hosting and custom domain add-ons

4. Your Responsibility for Generated Apps

You are solely responsible for all applications generated using Shopivibe. This includes but is not limited to:

• Functionality — You must test and verify that your generated app works correctly before deploying it to production or making it available to end users.
• Security — You are responsible for reviewing and securing the generated code. While Shopivibe uses validated primitives and follows Shopify best practices, AI-generated code may contain errors or vulnerabilities.
• Compliance — You must ensure your app complies with applicable laws, regulations, Shopify's terms of service, and Shopify App Store requirements.
• Data handling — You are responsible for how your generated app collects, stores, and processes end-user data.
• Maintenance — You are responsible for maintaining, updating, and supporting your deployed applications.

Shopivibe is a tool that assists in app creation. It is not a substitute for proper testing, code review, and quality assurance.

5. No Warranty

The Service and all generated code are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• Generated code will be error-free, secure, or suitable for any particular purpose
• Generated apps will pass Shopify App Store review
• The Service will be uninterrupted or available at all times
• AI-generated output will be accurate or complete

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dwellet Oy's total liability for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption arising from:

• Use or inability to use the Service
• Errors or vulnerabilities in generated code
• Actions taken by end users of your generated applications
• Third-party service outages (Shopify, Railway, GitHub, Anthropic)

7. Code Ownership

You own the code generated by Shopivibe for your projects. You may use, modify, distribute, and commercially exploit your generated code without restriction. We retain no ownership rights over your generated applications.

The Shopivibe platform, its underlying technology, primitives, documentation index, and AI systems remain the intellectual property of Dwellet Oy.

8. Billing

Billing is handled through Shopify's billing system. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Shopify to charge your account according to your selected plan. Usage-based charges (extra credits) are billed at the end of each 30-day billing cycle, subject to the capped amount you set.

9. Account Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Shopify admin. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or use the Service to generate malicious, illegal, or abusive applications.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Helsinki, Finland.
